Everything between a bare stand and a finished building
One page, five services. Each one can be a job on its own, or a stage of a build we run end to end. Every section ends with a way to ask about that specific thing.
Full builds
We take on the whole build rather than a single trade, so there is one company accountable for the programme, the workmanship and the snag list. That covers new houses, additions and commercial or industrial structures — with the same site team, foreman and reporting on each.
- New residential builds — from foundation to roof and finishes
- Additions, extensions and full renovations
- Commercial and industrial structures
- Site setup, materials procurement and labour
- One foreman accountable for the programme
- Walkthrough and snag list before handover

Plan drawing & council approvals
Most people stall here. Drawings get produced, then sit at council for months because a submission was incomplete or the wrong department was approached. We draw the plans and handle the submission — so approval is a step in your build programme rather than an open-ended wait.
- Architectural plan drawing for new builds and additions
- Drawing sets prepared to council submission standard
- Submission lodged and followed up on your behalf
- Resubmissions handled if council comes back with queries
- Plans you own and can build from, whoever builds it

Borehole drilling
A borehole is the difference between a plot that works and one that does not. We handle it as its own job or as part of a build — sited first, then drilled, cased and equipped so it is delivering water rather than just being a hole.
- Water siting before anything is drilled
- Drilling, casing and gravel packing
- Pump, tank and plumbing to the house
- Works on new plots and existing properties
Finishing trades
The finishes are what a house gets judged on, and they are where a cheap contractor shows. We take these on inside a full build or on their own, if you have a structure up and need it finished properly.
- Flooring — screeding, tiling and floor finishes
- Ceilings — installation and repair
- Painting — interior and exterior, preparation included
- Plumbing — first fix, second fix and repairs
- Available as a standalone job, not only within a build

Irrigation
Designed around your water source and what you are actually growing, then installed and commissioned. Pairs naturally with a borehole — most of our irrigation work starts with one.
- System design around your water source and area
- Supply and installation
- Works with a new or existing borehole
- Garden, smallholding and farm scale

Not sure which of these you need?
Most people are not, at the start. Tell us what you are trying to end up with and we will tell you what it takes to get there.
